FAQs
Not at all. Most of our clients are at work or running errands during our visits. As long as we have access to the service area, we can take care of everything. You’ll receive a "Gate-Check" photo once the job is finished so you know your property is secure.
We aim for consistency so you can plan your week. You will receive a text notification the day before we are coming to your property. Additionally, once the service is complete and your gate is securely locked, we will send a "Gate-Check" photo confirmation so you have total peace of mind that your yard is clean and your home is secure.
Your dog’s health is our priority. To prevent the spread of germs or parasites between yards, we put on fresh, heavy-duty boot covers before entering every new property. All equipment is also sanitized with a hospital-grade, pet-safe disinfectant between every stop.
If your dogs are friendly and comfortable with strangers, we are happy to have the company! However, if your dog is protective, aggressive, or prone to "escaping" when the gate opens, we kindly ask that they stay inside during the scheduled service time for everyone's safety.
This is Southern Nevada—we work through most weather! However, in the event of dangerous lightning, flash flooding, or extreme heat warnings that compromise safety, we will pause service and notify you immediately to reschedule for the next available clear day.
Yes. Unlike some services that leave the bags in your trash can, we haul all waste away. When we leave, the mess (and the smell) leaves with us.
Payments are handled conveniently through Square. An optimized bill will be sent monthly. There are no long-term contracts. We believe our work should earn your business every single week—if you aren't happy, you can cancel at any time.
We take great pride in being thorough, but we are human. If we ever miss something, just let us know within 24 hours. We will personally come back and fix it immediately, free of charge. 100% satisfaction is the only goal.
Think of The First Visit Reset as a restorative "reset" for your yard. It uses brushing and high-volume flushing to reach the sub-base and eliminate trapped odors and matted hair. The Deodorizer Treatment is just the routine upkeep—a topical spray that neutralizes surface smells between those bigger cleanings. While the deep clean handles the heavy lifting, the deodorizer keeps things fresh and sanitary for daily use.
